Raymond Backwards

I have this problem? Raymond 112/ 2006
It has Rabbit speed in fork travel, not forward travel.
So it is opperating backwards from what it should.
Have sister truck sitting beside it,works correct.
Motor derection good, forward Reverse M/S good. Rabbit switches work.
RLY-1 works all wiring looks correct. But just backwards.
I have changed the controller with a know good one.
any ideas

I will check in the morning.
Do you know if the diode block near the horn would have any effect on the rabbit speed?
Pt #154-010-796
it does not inter change with the hour meter diode
the truck next to it being a 02 does not have this.
The only Doide from SMH is in Kansas
$30.00
Will advise

First, for those that stated that rabbit speed should not work in forks first travel, the latter 112s and the newer 8400s have rabbit speed in both directions.

Pacfork, check the horn switch cut out circuit for the emergency reverse switch.

Ain't nothing I can't fix but a broken heart and the break of day!
Sorry I guessed wrong at the year.

My question is the controller is seeing the signal from the rabbit speed switch in reverse what changes in forward.
They would not run the signal through a N/C Forward switch?

I will be glad to help you, however please supply the truck serial number eg 112-05-xxxxx or 840-06-xxxxx. The reason is that in 2006 the trucks manufactured were 8000 series models, ie 8300, 8400 etc.

Rabbit only works in tractor first direction.

I think these is a pallet jack in question and for this kind of machine rabbit speed should be enable in forks direction only, unless the handle its in riding position.

Mike, your suggestion is that for an Orderpicker, man up truck, (or pallet jack), the full speed be set to happen when fully lowered, while the operator is turned away from the steering hand crank and speed control, and will have the steering and drive unit in the trailing. is that correct? most operations I have seen have full speed enabled when the steering and power side of the truck is in the leading position

not correct, for safety reasons - rabbit should NOT work in forks direction. Just think about it.
