Trying to found out what code X4 refers to.

If unit is passing all the test check and clean the VCM electrical connections. Seen this code happen with extremely dirty units. also check the wireharness for the lower switch t make sure its not damaged.

Debris on the lower caused the issue. Nothing to do with the wheel

again which prox sensor you have its magnetic top prox sensor or the wheel encoder top 2nd mass and make sure your bottom prox sensor
is perfectly adjusted to the right height for first stage then when it reaches secondary mass away from free lift on the screen it will start marking height calibratio if its correct if not you might need to correct loosen and look at the display when correcting distance

Found out the code was for switch mismatch. Both proximity switches in the mast were activated at the same time. Found debris blocking the bottom switch
