Hi
I have a problem with the linde e30-600/3 G1x336 year 2014, electric forklift, respectively after about 1 hour of operation the power supply of the machine starts to be interrupted. The indicators on the board go out and light up, as if you were making contact. I checked the battery, the emergency stop, the cables.I replaced the contact.I checked the fuse socket and the connectors.I noticed that the coil of the main contactor heats up quite hard.I don't know if it is normal or it can be a problem. If the truck is diagnosed, no error occurs with regarding this defect.
What else could lead to this reset??..to call it that. Sudden interruption and return. Even with a charged battery makes this figure.

Gabi

Hello ,
It was a cable that goes to 4 fan..The 4 fan is amplased behind the left wheel , down near the floor. To see this fan an dismount , need to take away the front left wheel.Tha cable is formed by 2 wires.1 red/y that is + and another blue that is -.This wires are damaged and make short somethimes.Measured in fan connector it was low resistence. And then i take all the wires hand by hand and i find the problem.
Thank you again , and also Tr_doctor user , that have this ideea. In the future..if you have , a service manual for this model please send to me.
Regards, Gabi
You say it shows 4 fans on your schematic?
But only 3 on the truck
I'll have a look and get back to you
Can somebody help me with a service manual for this model with 3 phase motors?
I have another converter. And i put the new converter in circuit. But the same problem.
And now i think about Truck _ dr user said.Yo check the fans...
Ok.i take away the 1f4 fuse The fuse supply the fans.An from this moment , no problem apears.
I find 3 fans and i unplug one by one to see...
Where is 4 fan. From cooling the drive motors ?
I don' t see another (4 ) fan...
I think when is a little hot the fans want to start and something happens..a short..something.
Now with fuse 1f4 unpluged , thè truck is working good.
No safe mode
Convertor is just breaking down and losing output voltage
Happens a fair bit as it's supposed to be a stabilised voltage but over time they tend to start dropping output volts
Put a new on and it will be good as new
Dc / dc convertor seems to be the problem. It' s cut the 24 power supply to 10- 12 volts. But i see that this convertor supply also the fans for cooling. The forklift is from 2004 , 3 phase drive motors on front. But i saw 3 fans. 1 fan is mounted on the hydraulic pump , 1 fan is cooling the 2 power electronic modules and 1 fan is cooling an electronic module rear the baterry.
And on the schematic i see
4 fans..I don' t find fan nr 4 that shoud cooling the drive motors. In reality wher is mount this fan
?
And...this converter dc/ dc 80/ 24v can go to a safe mode when it receve at 24 v wires , a short..or something like that.?
On the circuit is also a fuse..but maybe he has some electronics inside and when see a highter current , enter in safe mode.Or not ?
Check the dc/dc converter
Make sure it's cutting out after a while if use
check the fans for cooling , one of them make short 24 volt in circuit when get one if motor 40 degrees hot
