Please help identify engine

I need to get some parts for a hyster s60xl military and I'm having a hard time identifying the engine it is a gas 4cylinder please help me so I can get parts

Is going to be either a GM engine or a Mazda engine...looking from the fan rear wards the GM engine will have the plugs and distributor on the left side the Mazda will have them on the right
GM offered several different displacement engines....4 CYL in 153 CID
181 CID and a 3.0 Liter....also a 6 cylinder 250 CID...
