Please advise

I am looking for Error codes and solution for "Komatsu" Electric Lift Truck 2 models,one is FB20EX-5 ( can't dirve forward : ERROR 4 and spanner symbol blinking ) and FB25EX-8 ( can't drive any way :ERROR 17 and tire symbol)

Hello veera,
error 04 means that the problem is coming from forward contactor. please check the resistance of the contactor coil (it must be 30 to 50ohm) also the wiring from the printcard to the contactor (cn1 pin 1 and 2).
error 17 means that the problem is coming from the accelerator pedal, please take a look at the wiring of the accelerator pedal. We had it ones that the wiring was damaged against a hose. otherwise you have to replace it with a new one.
