BT Prime-mover LEVIO:
Pedestrian mode gate error

Hi we have 2 identical BT LEVIO pallet trucks which both worked exactly the same way but on 1 truck when trying to use it in pedestrian mode (footplate up and arms down) it will not move and displays the error 'gate'
It works normally with the arms up and footplate down (ride on mode)
I have been through the info and programming menus but nothing seems to be changeable
Can the system be reset to factory settings or is there something else I can do to enable pedestrian mode again

It was the sensor on top of the gas strut which lowers the gates gently

Thanks for the help

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
