Opening password screen

Need to switch our 48 volt forklift to 36v.

Unfortunately we can't figure out how to open up the tech section of the programming.

We've got a password of 8653 or 1111, but I can't get to the **** screen where we enter it!
Our keypad is up, down, left, right and 5.
