Older Yale model?

Newbie here.I just picked up an older Yale forklift.Its got the IND30 engine.The only #'s I can find are stamped on the frame under the battery.K685DE.It has 15" duel wheels.3 section mast.Power steering.Can you guys tell me the year and lifting cap?Thanks
