NYK Travel Contact issue

...I'm constantly having issues with this one truck....Its an NYK FBRW13......It always has issues with ?travel contact? on the screen. I have replaced the fwd and backward along with the regen contact tips and I still get the same thing. When I go to move forward, the contacts hit for a split second then release....Any ideas where to check now?

these contacts often have a fair amount of wearing of the pin that the moving tip rides on, and that often causes a traction directional problem. you say you changed the tips, but did you confirm the pins and the stationary tips (the contacts that make contact when 'at rest').

"it's not rocket surgery"
I think that the problem your having is an open circuit? control the drive motor brushes, diode and FET.
Kind regards
