No hydraulic control after crossed wires on jump

Someone crossed negative and positive on attempted jump blew fusable link as well as guages and ignition fuse. Now ive changed battery all fuses and fusable link and now seat safety is on dash and transmission engages with hood up so i bypassed seat switch still no hydraulic controls
