check your directional contactors real good, if they are worn and not making good contact they can cause this code. Also the regen brake (RB) contactor can cause this fault too.
it is seeing an open motor circuit so those 2 contactor assy's are the most common cause. it also says to check the other contactors too, 1A, PS or FW.
first check the outputs on the controller and make sure terminals 6 and 8 are energizing for the fwd/rev circuit. if you are getting contactor operation then check the tips and hardware for wear.
Also check the control wiring around the RB and 1A contactors and make sure they are not melted to the frame of the contactor, iv'e seen this before where the wire gets against the frame of the contactor and it gets hot and melts the wire and it shorts out against it.
