Yale GP-030:
Muffler Removal and Replacement

I have an older Yale forklift that the muffler is bad. How do I get to the muffler? It is a propane unit. Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I thought that's how but wanted to make sure. How much does the counter weight weigh?

You have to take the counterweight off. Hook a chain on the lug behind the radiator cap and support it, remove the 3 big bolts, lift a little, and drive or push the forklift forward.
