Movement problem

Hi,
I got a CAT NPV20N electric pallet truck with platform,
When i actionate the accelerator, the electro-brake is releasing and is moving very very slowly (close to nothing) and show's error 16A06.
I removed the electro-brake and suspended the truck. When i actionate the engine shaft, is running perfectly and no other movements (attrition) in engine or transmision, and is not showing the error when is actionated suspeded.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advence!

Showing items 1 - 3 of 3 results.
I was change the controller, and the problem wasn't resolved (the symptoms are the same), then i tried another engine, and problem is same too.
Anyone have an idea? I presume a problem from tiller head but i'm not sure.... It would help me the error interpretation.

I'll will replace the controller from another identical ecquipment and i will see the result.
Thank's a lot for answer

Hi!

sure about your error code? If it is 06a16 your controller may be broken.
