Hi
Thanks for the help.
I have mounted a new Logic Board,
and my problems is gone.
Thanks..........
Their was a service bulletine on this a common fault 60 eprom fault mitsi changed the way its fitted to the board would be 99sure change logic problem gone dont forget to set board up
53 is left motor speed sensor fault
60 is serial communication fault
61 is eeprom fault
if you were trying to diagnose the machine while it was turned on and were unplugging plugs checking for connection problems in the connectors these codes would be set.
Were you testing while the truck was turned on?
The main error seems to only be there in the first 10 min of driving and the machine will not drive or handle, in the display it only shows driving hours It do not show battery or kph ?? or any error.
Looks like this error triggers new error codes periodic.
I got error 60-61-53.
I hope to trigger the fault, and read them out of the controller.
I mounted new contakter today both line and regen contakter. mayby i hope it will do it ????
I have a led2 on the print, on the logic board it flashing rapidly when machine is ok. But when the fault is on the machine the led2 blinks slowly. I dont know what that Means ????
quite a few things can cause the code 30
Possible Causes:
Faulty pump motor circuit
faulty line contactor
faulty regeneration contactor
faulty D1P diode
faulty pump motor wiring
faulty head capacitor
faulty T1P IGBT
faulty CS3 current sensor
faulty wiring in other parts
faulty logic card
faulty drive board
Error Code 60 (Data Communication Abnormality)
Possible Causes:
Faulty Display
Faulty Wiring
Faulty Logic Card
If you can get the truck to run good for a minute or two...
things i would certainly check and MAKE SURE are ok are the battery, make sure it is fully charged, run a load test on it running the hydraulics and make sure no cells are failing causing steep voltage drops. Make sure the fluid level is up above the cell plates.
I have sent you a e-mail.
Also got error 60 on this forklift 2 days ago ???
"Pump motor circuit faulty"... Brushes, motor, line contactor tips, current sensor, power transistor etc...
What about your mail??
Regards
