Serial# AF17D04222 Shows Code E-23(Throttle Position Sensor signal Malfuntion) This truck had the same code about 6 months ago and changed out the Electronic throttle assembly and it cured the problem, now the code is back, have a hard time believing the throttle assembly went bad already, according to my troubleshooting info it tells me it could also be the relays are weak/bad,do know this truck is in a very severe dusty enviroment in a feed mill and have found connectors plugged up with feed dust before at this place. Was curious as to what others have found with this code besides broke wires at the connectors and such?
I'm thinking possible the relay or relay box connections are getting corroded and causing the issue but wont fing out till the moring when i get to the truck to look at it,just wanted to put some feelers out on here to see what else to possibly look for.

Update: Changed out all 4 of the relays in the Blue relay box and the code went away instantly and truck is running fine now, either the ETC relay or one or both of the EGI relays must of been having issues
I change out -all- the relays in the relay box fairly often, they are pretty inexpensive and i see no reason to pull out my hair looking for 1 of 6 relays that costs less than 20 minutes of my time to a customer. The the plug for the ecm that is right under the battery has a tendency to get battery acid on it and corrosion in it, and sometimes the wires right at the connection have broken, and the wires in the curve of the harness, where the throttle body harness is part of the main engine harness get pulled to where they break a 'wire weld' where the wires were welded together during manufacturing of the wire harness.
