machine not moving

serial no D435T02117M checked battery to be good.....The display flashes and goes off when switched on. swapped battery, same result.......model R1.6N.......i would appreciate any help offered......thanks

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
