Toyota 8FGCU25:
Loron Carton Clamp not closing

I have a customers unit that recently got a carton clamp that does not close. Could it be one of the proportional valves not working

First thing to check is quick disconnects
If they are not completely in it will not work
Unplug then plug back in making sure they are all the way in
