Linde V10

Would anybody be able to advise the error code description for error listed below.

Unit operates ok, but once lift basket and then come to lower it will creep extremely slowly down. lift is disabled at this point, once fully down will be able to lift again at normal speed but lowering repeats issue and error code below.

FE132: Error in the evaluation of the digital end analogue signals for height measurement

possible causes: too fast lifting or lowering, nu impulses during lift or lowering

you can check the wiring, height sensor, (and switch maybe?) or else you need software to teach in
