Linde V10-2003

Hello everyone,
I have this picker Linde V10, steering and traction are not working, lift is working good... i'm trying to connect my diagnostic pc in the classic 4 pin cable, but can't actually connect to the forklift, any ideas? I don't know very much this models...

I have it, but when I go to the model and click connect it open another browser window and disappear after 10 sec..
