Liftall L60 service manual

Does anyone know where or how to download a liftall service manual for a L60, or L60D

I have to tow and then fix the brakes on a liftall towable forklift model l60, or l60D

I want to make sure I know what to release to tow it. I figure I put it in neutral, but I wonder if there is a valve to release to make sure the steering is free like some other towable lifts have.

Also, I need a brake line schematic, I think I have to add brake fluid, bleed the brakes, and then search for a slow leak. let me know if anyone has any advice, thanks
