Lift Truck PM Service scheduling software

Does anyone have any info on a software program that can schedule PM Service for my customers?
I don`t need it tied into my main accounting software program where it invoices, and adjusts inventory, etc.
It just needs to flag us when a PM service is about due by entering a time interval or approxiamated hours operated by a data that you enter about the customer and hours per day operated, etc.
It should have info about the Truck`s : Make, Model Serial#, Filters used for PM Service, Last PM performed, PM interval data, etc.

there are a lot of CMMS systems out there that do this.. I have used quite a few, email me for my opinions...

The cheapest way would a simple spreadsheet, like excel, with dates and meter readings entered.
