JUNGHRNRICH / EFG FAC 18

Hello ,

We have JUNGHRNRICH / EFG FAC 18 forklift , Which is working (Drive and lift )slowly for about 20 minutes in the morning time , After 20 minutes everything is normal. What may be the problem ??

Error 10 indicates a problem in main contactor. check coil and wires connections

The operator told error 10(Lift Error ) is appearing in the forklift. Please advice ??

Any error codes?
Most ac trucks with slow or jerky movement tend to be down to the speed encoders. However for both of them to have the same issue and then work after 20 minutes, that is a weird one. Let us know if you get it sorted what the problem was as it would be nice to know.
