Does anyone know which wires on the dash display will short out the BDI.
This is a 3 wheel c/balance with 2 Zappi controllers and my problem is no Fast hydraulics on the lift valve. Pot and switch are both OK.
Thanks

Thanks Nemanja
My truck serial number is 80 344 989.
I understand when you mention canbus system.
My BDI doesn't work because it got wet but the tilt and sideshift are working so that must mean the BDI is still working but not displaying. I will test the wiring from the potentiometer to the controller and if it is ok i will have the controller tested
Thanks again
Kevin

This original BDI have only one wire because it is can bus BDI and dont have two wires and switch inside. When I said can bus you know that via can electronic communicate with BDI and given info about Batt state shut down hydraulic via this wire. Please send me serial no of forklift so I can look again but I was look Efg with zapi units and BDI with small display and dashes from top to bottom for batt charging level. Is that BDI on your Efg?
I was also try one time to bypass this BDI and so that is it not possible, only change.

you have hydraulic function and that is good you dont need to short BDI because BDI turns off total hydraulic when is battery low,to save power in battery till you go on charger.Your problem with slow hydraulic is somewhere in wiring potentiometer for first function or electronic unit and you look that part of truck.I was look this vehicle and on BDI pin 3 is for hydraulic if you still want to try.Good luck

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
