JLG 33RTS:
JLG Scissor Lift 4x4 - Turns off when turned too far

Background info: I don't know what year or model the scissor lift is. It looks very similar to the JLG 40RTS or 33RTS. It lifts 30' up and has a 6-cylinder gasoline engine.

My dad let me borrow his JLG 4x4 offroad scissor lift. While I had it, there was a hydrolic issue that needed repaired. I brought the machine to a hydrolic repair mechanic and when I got the machine back, if the wheels/tires were turned too far, the machine would stall/shut off. In order to get it to start again, we would have to lift the front tires off the ground, start it and then turn the wheels back more straightish.

We gave it back to the hydrolic mechanic asking him to see if he could fix whatever he broke, but he had no idea what it was. He claimed it was that way when we gave it to him even though he never saw it do that before-hand... he just figured he didn't cause the issue so it must have had that problem before-hand.

We had another mechanic come out to take a look at it. This mechanic was used to working on heavy equipment regularly and he couldn't figure out what it was either. He said he's never seen anything like it before.

We've been using the lift like this for 3 years now. It has no other known issues, but it still shuts off if we turn the wheels/tires too far... so it's pretty annoying to deal with.

Does anybody know what might be the issue or who I could contact that might be able to help me out? Thank you for reading this and thank you for any help you might be able to provide on this one.
