Intermittent Stalling - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Doosan (& Daewoo) GC25E-5:
Intermittent Stalling

We are playing with a new Doosan GC25E-3 forklift. The unit has 734 hours on it. The problem is that the engine intermittently just shuts off. We have NO codes showing up at all. Is there any updates on this forklift or could we have a dead engine crank sensor? What else can we look at?

lots of other possibilities, and the "smart coil" and it's plug in connection are a couple I would check first.
