EASI R40tt with A/C drive motor and DC lift and steering motor
I know its an over heating lift motor code but only have a book for the old EASI models and its telling me VFC or system card where these newer AC drive motor unit don't have those. Anyone have any help on where to look up trouble shooting steps for this code?

is the motor actually getting hot?
on VM jpc10-1,2 and 3 is temperature sensor input, jpc10-23 is gnd for sensor. pretty simple circuit. with sensor connected and ohming out on the pins i listed above resistance should be 800-3000 ohms.
if you need more info let me know..
I can not duplicate the issue and only going off what the operator tells me. Will check the negative cables next time I have the unit in front of me. Even in my 20 plus years of doing this there are still item like this that stump us :)
Thanks
Check the negative post, where they all tie together. May have bad crimp in connectors and eyelets. When code is not on, wiggle harness gently, one section at a time. Rarely the actual heat sensor fails. Common problem are the connectors or a broken wire
you sure thats a 6G?
look again and make sure it is not a 6C.
