Hyster W40Z display issues

Has anyone run into this problem. Fully charged the battery display shows 4 green lights. As the battery is discharged, it will only drop to 3 green lights. It gets to the point where error codes are coming up due to low battery but it still stays at 3 lights.
Have changed batteries, displays, control cards. There isn't anything left in the machine.

check the wiring to the display. is the machine used on a rough floor. could be a break/make connection when going over bumps. pull every wire on every plug

Yes it is the Zapi. All adjustments are fine and there aren't really too many the change with the hand held analyser.

Is this the zapi system hyster? I had similar issues with the ev100 system on the hyster E2.5 and 1.75. It was down to adjustments in one case and in the other case bad connections and a problem with the current sense wires which apparently hyster changed and resolved the problem. Dont know about this particular model will look into it
