Hyster Error code 224

Hi Guys

We have an error code 224 on a hyster J1.8XMT S/N J160A02167B, any idea's?

main contactor not closed

find out why...
could be open fuse or faulty input from seatswitch or other related circuits like parkbrake or possible bad contactor?
