Hyster E5.50 XL E120XL BDI

Hi,

I have a Hyster E5.50XL (E120XL in US) year 1999. The BDI (battery discharge indicator) is too low: it says empty when the battery charge level is more then 50%. It is the one ith 5 leds.

I have a PC cable with a 14 pole connector (only 3 wires attached). Do I have to connect this to the drive electonics (GE)? I have HYTECH software, but have no experience with this.

According to the manual I might need to change parameter 14.

Can somebody tell me how to adjust the BDI settings? The usage of this truck is very low, average 2 hours a week.

regards,

Frits.

je kan met de handset parameter 14 instellen van 0-100. Kijken waar deze op staat als je denkt dat de battery 50 % is.Dan moet je deze parameter aanpassen als deze een andere waarde aangeeft. 100 is vol , 19 is 30% , 9 is 20% dus slow lifting
