hydraulics overheating

hydraulics overheating without useing them truck runs for 25 min and hydraulic tank is 243 degrees
i have a deawoo gc25s-3 5000lb machine , for some reason the hydraulic system is overheating , with the forklift just running for 25 min , without useing the hydraulics , so far i checked the 2 hydraulic filters in the tank were like new , andchecked lines for blockages , anybody ever run into this problem before , ? any advise would be greatly appreciated thanks
