Hydraulic levers lock

Hello everyone
I'm facing the issue of all Hydraulic levers are locked no movement on the levers.
Please anyone give me a solution.

The hydraulic lock is set until operator is sitting in the seat, key switch is turned on and possibly seat belt locked. Make sure there are no lights on dash. Should the hydraulics remain locked, need to check seat and seat belt switch are operating correctly. If everything you check is good, verify harness connections at the solenoids that mount to the hydraulic valve. Good Luck
