hard steer at idle

forklift steers fine when moving--hard steering when sitting at an idle
I had replaced the steering pump with a reman and the power steering motor and pump when the pump gave out. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Greasing up the steer axle can go a long way.

Check for bad kingpin/bearings.
