govenor problem?

truck accelerates fine until it falls on its face then slowly picks up again.

"nice post BLey,... yes what you said about the steering wheel going to full stop would cause these issues too. And also if the battery is weak it may not have the power to turn the wheels to full stop and create this issue as well."
