Fried Ic on PCB

Hi all
Have a BT LST 1350 EH/10...walkie Manufactured 1989
Didnt go in reverse everything else was fine..
Some brainer had a poke at it & burnt/Fried the IC on the Main PCB

SO im looking for the Scramatics & A Replacment Board If anyone can help
or point me in the wright direction of one

Ram has been redone & its to good to Scrap

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
