Check the rpm sensor adjustment
The diesel will start and idle but will not rev
The lp or gas will not start
Are there any codes ? If no codes
Ck rpm sensor , seat switch ,brake switches
There are two switches on brake
One normally closed one normally open as I remember those items will give you that issue

Does it lift or tilt at all?

If no it could be the seat switch, or could be throttle potentiometer needs calibrating/replacing.

Where are you in the uk?

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
