Discussion:
Fault codes 522655-0 and 522592-0

My Hyster forklift Serial#F187V16857H
has been running rough with a bad sulfur smell coming out of the exhaust with the codes listed above. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. I am having some one come to look at the truck today. The first time i had someone come look at the truck the guy told me it needed a hole new fuel system, that didnt seam right to me so i got a second opinion. The second guy found a brocken o ring on the coffee can and rtv'ed it, it ran good after that for a day, after that it did the same thing as before running rough with sulfur smell. Really dont want to get bent over with a miss diagnoses.

Those codes are for over pressure in the fuel system and running rich like what you are smelling. That points towards the EPR (propane regulator) A new one is expensive but they can be rebuilt or just replace the section of the EPR that the fuel runs through would be cheaper.
