Discussion:
Fault Code F 2

The forklift works for a couple hours then it randomly displays a F 2 Error code, thus locking down the machine not allowing any use. Only temp fixes are turning on and off (sometimes doesnt work) and some times having to actually un plug cord and plug it back in. This fixes the problem for a short amount of time and the problem occurs again. What causes this?

F2 could be By-Pass contactor tips welding/sticking (most common) since it is intermittent.
Drive transistors, Driver Board, Wiring problems.
