Where in Quebec, Canada can we find c-channel to repair a Fantuzzi SF-50

@Towmotor, why would you believe Stanmore is especially suited to helping them find a C-channel for a Fantuzzi?
Not trying to be critical I just want to know if their capabilities have changed from when I last dealed with them, pleasantly enough but I did not know they supplied weldments like that or were a Fantuzzi dealer.

I am working with a Fantuzzi, so one of my operators reset de system and now it shows many error. He reseted it without making any possible backup, could someone helpe me sending some instructions to set it up again. It asks to calibrate the machine. send to garrine007 @ gmail. com. Hugs
