If I change battery voltage, do I need to change a setting in the card of the EV100? (Function 15 I belive)
I have an EV100 in an electric car (homemade convertion) and originaly, the forklift that I removed the parts from, was 48V. Now, with everything installed in the car, I can only get it to operate on 24V. If I try 36V or 48V, It wont operate (Main contactor pulls in, but directional contactors fail to pull in).
Thanx in advance!

You have got around the SRO circuit why did you even attemt to run it on 24V to begin with?
Thanx for the quick reply! Greatly appreciated!
I've got the sequence down. I have fooled the card with simple toggle switches that are thrown in order (One for Key, one for seat, and one that activates forward).
I think I forgot to mention, but I have the system up and operating now....but only on 24V. In all honesty, the original system is marked as a 48V system right on the card, and the battery was 48V in the machine that I removed the parts from (99% sure on this). I just can't get her to go...
I didnt mention before, but driving in 24V, all is well. Even the 1A pulls in about 3.5 seconds after throttle depression.
Thanx again!
it would greatly depend on the card and system. some contactors are straight voltage and some have a higher pull in voltage then a less "holding" voltage. ALSO not all ev100 systems can be changed voltage, and a far more common change is between 36 and 48 volts, and unless the system and card was 24 volts to start with, it may not be programmable for a 24 volt system.
EV100 has a system that does not allow the unit to send a signal to close the traction controls unless the correct order is followed in the start up (key and seat first, then direction, then accel.) and unless the proper inputs happen at the proper order then you will not drive.
My card is a 1C3645LXCD1TT
