that truck has an EV100LXT control system
the error codes are the same as any EV100 system

-code 2 or (-02) is a directional (forward) switch closed on power up

-code 4 or (-04) is 'start switch input low after initial start up' , it could be either fwd or reverse switch closed on power up, excessive leakage from TB2 to battery negative.

-code 7 or (-07) is 'accelerator input voltage too high', cause could be an out of adjustment accelerator input or defective. Open circuit between TB1 and battery neg in accelerator input circuit. A short circuit from battery positive to wiring in accelerator input circuit.

hope this helps, good luck :o)
