Toyota 5FBE20:
Error code "EE" and "C9"

I have previously resolved a "C9" alarm using the "analyzer" diagnostic to actuate the motor contactors. I was in the middle of doing the same when I was interrupted. Now when I turn the key on the control is flashing the "EE" alarm and the "C9" alarm. I cannot use the "Analyzer" diagnostics when the "EE" alarm is active. HELP.

Thank you for your reply, I did as you suggested for the "C9" alarm and verified that all contacts are neither welded or sticking. The analyzer troubleshooting is disabled because of the "EE" alarm. I followed the repair manual recommendations with no success, but is suggests for each alarm independent from the other could be caused by a bad CPU. I am investigating having the CPU inspected.
