Anyway I could get one of you fellas to forward me that diagram. I'm in a pickle here and probably out of my depth with one of these battery powered lifts.

Hi Mark

Thanks for your help on this matter. Would you have a wiring diagram for one of these units by any chance?

Hey Brad, yes it would (not for the red emergency switch) but for the solenoid. I had a year ago the same fault on 1 solenoid (it distroid the MPU-Board) and have to change the complete hydraulic valveblock and MPU-Board. Do measure the resistance on all solenoids and see what the differance is.

Thanks Mark will check this out on Monday. Would this cause the main contactor to kick out straight after the key is turned on?

Hey Brad, looks like you have a problem with a solenoid valve of the hydraulics.
detected valve input value >=4,15Volt
detected valve input value >=0,49Volt when hyd. lever OFF
detected value input value >=0,49Volt when hyd. lever ON
also look at the red emercency button.
Kind regards
Marcb

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
