Flashing code 751.I need help with this code and what to check for?

So no air through either side right?

Check for Vac. leaks, and the Fuel Trim Valves. You can Ohm them out should be 26+/- 2 ohms. If you can blow air through them then they are faulty and stuck open.

The fault code reads as Pre-Catalyst 02 sensor indicates extended lean operation. This is odd as the system is designed to run rich when something goes wrong with the fuel system.
