Error code 3561

Good guys, I'm taking care of a BT LWE180 toyota pallet truck, it is presenting fault code 3561, leaving the equipment neutralized. Please could you help me to solve this problem, I do not have a service manual, thank you in advance.

hi , check wiring from controller to main contactor , if oke check contactor solenoid , replace it and try again
