Discussion:
Engine revolution switch

I have a Mazda powered lift with the Aisan fuel system that uses the engine revolution switch to control the fuel lock off valve. The engine starts and runs, but dies soon after because the switch is shutting off the fuel. One of my guys pulled the engine and did not mark any wiring or hoses... Right now its hooked up as follows:

Blue - Switched ground to solenoids
Yellow - Power in. also feeds + to solinoids
White - Chassis ground
Black - pulse signal from coil

I've tried swapping the switch with a known good spare and that did not help.

Thanks for any help

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
