Emission Control 12V Need help

Im new to the world of forklift repair so I need all the help I can get lol But Main thing I need is an emission control 12v model#ZH02-18-881 it wont run with out it and i have been trying to find it all over the internet so I would really appreciate your help in where to buy one? Or is there special name for emission controls? Is that why I cant seem to find it anywhere? I keep seeing ECUs but that plug wont fit my forklift. lol Pls help! Any and all advice would be appreciated!
