Linde (& Baker) H30:
Electric fan not turning with engine running

I got a 393, that the fan will not turn with the engine running, found bell housing sensor bad, replaced it along with the fan, coolant and hyd. Temp sensors, wired in new pigtails on fan connector, and tried a couple of know good Linde controllers, I have ground, and 14 volts on the main power wire and 14 volts on my signal wire cut the harness and really don't see any bad/broken wires and have pulled on them to verify that that nothing was broken under the insulation, the will rotate with the key switch and will rotate in the opposite direction with dashboard button
