EFG V16GE 115 fault code 47 and 13

Hi, I have error code 47 and after that is change to error code 13 on a junghenrisch forklift
Please help me on this matter.

Sensor bearings should be on the motor bearing.
Jungheinrich rectified sporadically.
Już nie działa przez 5 lat dla Jungheinrich.
Tylko czasami, kiedy pytają.
Są one bardzo proszę.
Groźny ceny części zamiennych.
Dla elektronicznej AC 4814 mogę kupić cały Hyster J160

According to your suggestion fault 47 means steer setpointdevice ETVQ steering wheel no pulses from 1st sensor bearing.
I have no pulse and could you help me how can I find out where is it this sensor bearing

47No pulses from steer setpointdevice ETVQ steering wheel no pulses from 1st sensor bearing. More than 10 pulses were obtained from the stepper motor but fewer than 3 pulses were counted within 200ms from the sensor bearing.
