Hello everyone.
I have a case of forklift BT RRB1/15. This forklift is moving well, but the hydraulic pump is not working. When the pump should start working on the CID displays an error E228. I have no service manual and error codes. Maybe someone could help me find out what this code means?
Thank you in advance for any help!

I replaced the transistors MOSFET w60n10 in driver and it works! Forklift is already a month in work and is all good. THANK YOU ALL for your help and information.
wtc pvt ltd. can repair this one.
TVH can repair these grey I Motion controllers now.
A2 lift regulator has a grey cover. When an error 228 is appear, green LED starts flashing. I checked a short circuit on one phase of the A2 regulator. Damaged power Mosfet transistors w60n10. I'll try to replace them and I will let you know what's next.
A2 card is the lift frequency convertor.
There should be a green led on top of it, what colour boxes have you got?
White or the later grey / black ones?
Also check the multi plug electrical connection to A2.
Swop it with the A1 card & see if the fault then moves to the traction side of the truck.
Its extremely rare for a frequency convertor to go down on a Reflex, I've only seen one fail in 8 years plus another one that the apprentice blew up changing the maxi fuse - he dropped his spanner across all 5 terminal studs & the capacitors discharged with an almighty flash & BANG.
- Hydraulics did not even budge.
- A2 card? Do You mean a lift regulator? If so, I do not see any LEDs on its casing.
This truck hasn't got a CID as it's an older Reflex.
E228 = Lift regulator AC current too high
1. Motor cables incorrectly connected.
2. Defective pump motor
3. Lift regulator [A2] defective.
Are the hydraulic not working at all OR are they extremely slow?
What's the green led showing on the A2 card?
Check the 3 motor cables are correctly connected, you can swop the 2 frequency convertors around if you suspect it's faulty as a test.
