I am working on an electric toyota 7fbmf18 truck, if someone could give me a manual I would be thankful

pull the battery out and jack the wheels off the ground, test again and see if the battery casing is the issue

there is +30 VDC on the main body of lift truck that affect on encoder(speed sensor) data,this machine drive slowly in all direction,is there any technical catalog to find out the problem?
